Martin Molek, P.Eng.

Senior Civil Engineer

Martin specializes in Civil Engineering and has been with UEM since January 2006 and has over 23 years of experience. Martin is a Senior Project Engineer and his areas of expertise include: design and approvals for site grading and servicing, stormwater management facilities, municipal sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water main infrastructure, as well as preparing cost estimates, specifications and tender documents. Martin also assists with construction observance and contract administration.

Art Klassen, B.A.A.

Senior Designer

Art is a Senior Designer, CAD Technician, and Municipal Planner with UEM. He has over 32 years of experience in CAD design and has worked on numerous notable projects across the Niagara Region. An Urban and Regional Planning graduate, Art is well-versed in the principles of site planning, subdivision planning, and municipal road works projects including watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer networks.

Erin Lee, B.Eng., E.I.T.

Intermediate Engineer

Erin joined UEM in 2009 as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) specializing in Civil Engineering. Erin works with the Civil Engineering Group on many municipal engineering projects which include: road reconstruction and rehabilitation, watermain and sewer replacements, site servicing and grading, and creek rehabilitation. Erin is proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and completes drafts for the Engineering Department. She also performs vehicle turning movement analysis using AutoTURN. Prior to joining the UEM Team, Erin worked at the Ministry of Transportation in the Traffic Office and the City of Toronto in the Buildings Division.
